What type of file do I need to provide?
We prefer a PDF due to the fact it generally prints as you see it and we don’t have to worry so much about formatting changes.
If your design requires full bleed printing you need to provide us with a pdf that has 3mm bleed and crop marks and preferably to scale (ie. if you want an A6 flyer then you will need to provide us with a pdf file that is sized to A6 within the crop marks with 3mm bleed outside of the crop marks).
How can I get my file to you?
You can email it to us at pr***@ri*****.nz or via our online job request page. If your file is too large to email then we readily accept downloads via Dropbox or other file transfer websites (feel free to call us for instructions!).
If it is a hardcopy job then you can of course bring it down or courier it to us. Alternatively you can bring it in on a USB.
What is your turnaround time?
Most jobs we aim to turn around within one or two days. With larger jobs we work with you to meet your time frame.
Please give us a call to discuss your job on 04 473-1444 and we will be able to offer you a more accurate time frame.
We no longer do jobs while you wait.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard), eftpos, cash or with prior agreement we can arrange a one off invoice to be sent out for larger jobs for you to pay via internet banking.
We can also do credit card transactions over the phone if you are out of town and want a job done and delivered by us without being in Wellington yourself.
Can we set up a business account?
Yes, some of our regular clients have had accounts with us for over 15 years! Please touch base with us and we’ll explain how to go about setting this up.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, we generally ask for payment on pick up.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, absolutely. We can organise same day delivery within Wellington and overnight delivery to anywhere else in New Zealand.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 5pm, however we are open to working on the weekend or after hours for large jobs with prior arrangement.
Do you have a pricelist?
We don’t have a price list available to customers as there are so many different factors involved in working out a price including lower unit prices for larger quantities among other variants, however we are more than happy to provide a quote for any job, large or small.
